The CAUSE Leadership Academy (CLA) is a wonderful opportunity for students seeking leadership experience, professional development, and civic impact. Following the program, participants have landed fellowships, declared their goal major, and more! CLA alumni have continued on to run for political office and become leaders in politics, business, and nonprofits.

PROGRAM STIPEND: $4,000
PROGRAM ELEMENTS: The 2023 CAUSE Leadership Academy is a full-time, in-person program that prepares college students and recent graduates to lead. The program’s key elements include: Civic Leadership Workshops, Civic Engagement Project, Internship Office Placement, and Capitol Summit.
